Wishing to change up your pizza just a bit? Love that homemade touch? This just makes me hungry looking at the picture!
Homemade Pizza with Cornmeal Crust

1 1/4 cups cornmeal
1 1/4 cups flour
2 tsp. baking powder
1 1/2 tsp. salt
2/3 cup milk
1/3 cup butter, melted.
Combine the cornmeal, flour, baking powder and salt. Add milk and butter; mix well. Press the dough onto a cookie sheet 12-14 in. size. Bake the crust at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until the edges are lightly browned. Top with ground beef, pepperoni, your favorite pizza toppings, add a can of your favorite pizza sauce, top with shredded cheese, Italian seasoning, a little ground oregano and Parmesan cheese. Put back in the oven for 20 minutes or until it is hot and cheese is melted.
Lorenz’ can make their own cornmeal because they own a stone mill. Extra yummy!
