Pat AnsonMinistry Director

Pat Anson and her husband Steve live just south of O’Neill, NE. They have 3 grown daughters and 6 grandchildren.

Pat is the ministry director for FLAME. The ministry director is responsible for keeping track of all the avenues of FLAME’s ministry. She organizes and leads meetings for the leadership and ensures that they receive training. Pat also speaks at some large group meetings and blogs on her talks.

Debby ThieszenPrayer Support Director

Debby Thieszen and her husband Elroy live northeast of O’Neill. They have 2 sons and 2 daughters that are grown.

Debby is the prayer support director for FLAME. Debby finds women to provide consistent prayer for the ministry of FLAME and women in our area. Debby also helps to set up the worship times at the large meetings and has been instrumental in creating prayer evenings.

Jean Stenzel Advisor & Small Group Director

Jean Stenzel and her husband David live in O’Neill, NE. They are back in O’Neill after 26 years of serving as missionaries in Austria. They have 2 grown sons and 3 grandchildren.

Jean is the advisor for FLAME. She provides wisdom and insight into many aspects of ministry. She has a wealth of experiences to draw from and a deep understanding of Scripture. Following the large group meetings,women sometimes divide into small groups for discussion. Jean is providing support and guidance to the women facilitating these groups.

Teresa Janzing Bible Study Director

Teresa Janzing and her husband John live north of Emmet, NE. They have 3 grown daughters and 5 grandchildren.

Teresa leads bible studies and facilitates the sharing of materials with bible study leaders. She creates on-line bible study options and helps with publicity for Flame events and events for other women’s ministries in the area.

Linda GarwoodDirector of Blessed: Ministry for mothers of young children

Linda Garwood is the director of the ministry, Blessed. Blessed is a ministry for mothers of young children. Linda leads a weekly Bible study on topics relevant to mothers of young children. She organizes social events and meals for mothers of newborns.

Linda and her husband, Ross, live near Amelia, NE and have 3 grown children and 7 grandchildren.

Michelle Randolph Worship Director

Michelle Randolph and her husband Steve live in O’Neill, NE. They have 2 grown sons.

Michelle is an announcer on Good News Radio.

Michelle leads music worship times at large group meetings. She chooses the songs and guides the worship times.

Molly WettlauferWorship Leader

Molly Wettlaufer, from Page NE is a member of the worship team at large group meetings. She is an announcer on Good News Radio. Molly sings with the worship team at large group meetings.

HollyAnn WrightWorship Singer

HollyAnn Wright and her husband, Issac, live near Ewing. Holly Ann works for the Neligh News. She is a singer with the worship team on large group meeting nights.

Katrina AndrewsGuitarist

Katrina Andrews lives with her husband, Paul, and young son, Silas, near Page, NE. She provides guitar accompaniment at large group meeting worship times.

Dee Dee DokeWorship Piano Leader

Dee Dee Doke lives with her husband, Jerry , near Newport, NE. She has 3 grown boys. Gaylene “Dee Dee” Doke has been involved in music ministry for most of her life. She sings and provides worship piano.

Nancy Konrad Mentor Director

Nancy Konrad and her husband, Gary,live in O’Neill, NE. They have 3 grown children and 14 grandchildren.

Nancy provides direction for the Connections program at Faith Community Church. Unlike the other ministries that Flame offers, Connections is a mentoring program only for women of Faith Community Church.

Abby JanzingTreasurer

Abby Janzing lives in O’Neill, NE. Abby is the treasurer for Flame and for community events that Flame sponsors. She works as a CPA at Dana Cole and Company in O’Neill.

We desire to honor God by praying over each detail as FLAME is formed and ministers to our women and to continually wait on the Lord until we have clear direction.
