Personalized Bible Stories
As you will see below, Beth took pictures of her grandson, granddaughter and son. She used the pictures to create a story about “David and Goliath”, but any story you would like to re-create would be wonderful! Just think of what an impact this made on the children? They will remember this story and the time with their Dad and Grandma forever!

Beth made the story as simple as possible because her little grandson was just learning to read. It would be wise to plan out the book before taking the pictures so that you can think of what photos and costumes you would want to create. You could flip the process and take the pictures first and create the story around the pictures, but costuming would be difficult. Find costumes for each character. They don’t have to be elaborate, just create the idea of the character. Beth laminated the book pages so that her grandson could use a marker to trace some of the words. She had the book bound with a spiral. Today, we could use one of the on-line photo companies to create a book. Can’t you just see the whole family enjoying the book together!
