Slow Cooker Orange-BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches

Looking for something you can throw in the crockpot in the morning and enjoy with your family in the evening? Try this delicious pulled pork recipe!

Slow Cooker Orange-BBQ Pulled Pork Sandwiches
1 boneless pork shoulder roast, about 3-4 pounds

1 bottle (18 oz.) of your favorite BBQ sauce

1 orange ( a big juicy one to squeeze for juice)

12 sandwich rolls that can be toasted

1/2 cup real mayonnaise (only if desired, tastes great without!)

Place meat in slow cooker; top with BBQ sauce and juiced orange. Cover. Cook on low 8-10 hours or high 4-6. Cut into small pieces or shred with forks.

Return to the slow cooker; sitr to evenly coat meat with sauce. Spread the sandwich rolls with mayo and fill with meat. Yum!- Sent in by Kimberly Lorenz
